Your Adventure, Step-by-Step
Wondering what your day will look like? Here’s a breakdown from start to finish.

1. The Pickup:
Your adventure begins the moment we pick you up from your hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Our friendly, bilingual guides will greet you and get you excited for the day ahead. Just be ready at the confirmed time, and we’ll handle the rest!

2. Welcome to the Jungle:
Upon arrival at our jungle base, we’ll get you checked in. You’ll be assigned a personal locker to securely store your belongings so you can focus on the fun. This is also the perfect time to use the clean restroom facilities before the action starts.

3. Safety First, Always:
Before you touch an ATV or clip into a zipline, our highly-trained, certified staff will give you a comprehensive safety briefing. We’ll provide you with all the professional safety gear you need, including helmets and harnesses. Never driven an ATV before? No problem! Our guides will teach you everything you need to know to ride with confidence.

4. The Main Event:
This is what you came for! You’ll spend the next few hours experiencing the best of the Mayan jungle:

  • ATV Riding: Feel the power as you navigate your own ATV through thrilling, winding jungle trails.
  • Ziplining: Soar through the trees on our incredible zipline circuit for a bird's-eye view of the canopy.
  • Cenote Swim: Cool off with a dip in a stunning, 100% natural cenote—a sacred underground swimming hole that is millions of years old.
  • Horseback Riding: Connect with nature on a relaxing horseback ride through lush, scenic paths.

5. Refuel and Relax:
All that adventure works up an appetite! We’ll treat you to delicious and authentic Mexican snacks to recharge your energy. You can also grab a drink at our jungle bar and share stories of your adventure with new friends.

How to Dress for Adventure Success
What you wear can make a big difference. Follow these simple tips to stay comfortable all day long.

Wear Comfortable Clothes: Choose light clothing that you don’t mind getting a little wet or muddy.

Closed-Toe Shoes are a MUST: For your safety during the activities, flip-flops are not allowed. Sneakers, water shoes, or any secure, closed-toe footwear is perfect.

Swimsuit Underneath: Wear your swimsuit under your clothes so you’re ready to jump straight into the cenote.

Bring a Change of Clothes: You’ll be thankful for a dry set of clothes and a towel for the comfortable ride back to your hotel.

What to Pack in Your Adventure Bag
Keep it light! You’ll be storing your bag in a locker, so you only need the essentials.

Cash: For the small, mandatory park conservation fee, plus any souvenirs, professional photos, or tips for your amazing guides.

Biodegradable Sunscreen: To protect the fragile ecosystem of the cenotes, only biodegradable sunscreen is permitted. A rash guard or t-shirt is an even better option for sun protection in the water.

A Towel: For drying off after your refreshing cenote swim.

A Valid ID: The cardholder who made the purchase may be asked to present a photo ID at check-in.

Your Sense of Adventure: The most important item on the list!

Top Insider Tips for an Unforgettable Day
1. Don’t Fear the Rain!
This is the tropics, and a little rain is common. But here’s a secret: rain makes the adventure even better! Our tours run rain or shine because a wet track means more mud, more splashes, and more fun on the ATVs. The cenotes are just as magical, rain or shine.

2. Listen to Your Guides
Our guides are certified professionals whose number one priority is your safety and enjoyment. Following their instructions ensures everyone has a safe and fantastic time.

3. The Camera Policy Explained
To keep you safe, your hands need to be free during the activities. For this reason, handheld devices like cell phones and cameras are not permitted on the ATVs or ziplines. However, you

can use an action camera (like a GoPro) as long as it’s securely fastened to a helmet with a head mount. Don’t worry about capturing the memories—our professional photographers will be there to get amazing shots of you in action, which you can view and purchase after the tour.
