Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Welcome to our FAQ page! Here you'll find answers to the most common questions about our adventures. We believe in total transparency, so if you don't find your answer here, don't hesitate to contact us.
Booking & Payment Questions
This is our favorite question because our answer is simple: everything. The price you see is the price you pay. Unlike many other tours in Cancun that surprise you with mandatory "park fees" ($20 USD) or "collision insurance" ($35-45 USD) upon arrival, we have a One Price Promise. Your booking includes:
- Round-trip transportation from your hotel.
- All activities: ATVs, ziplines, cenote swim, and horseback riding.
- All professional safety gear (helmets, harnesses, etc.).
- A secure locker for your belongings.
- Authentic Mexican snacks and bottled water.
- All taxes and fees. No surprises, ever.
We understand that plans can change. We offer one of the most flexible policies in Cancun: you can cancel your tour up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time and receive a 100% full refund. Many other tours require 48-72 hours or more.
You can reschedule your tour for free, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability.
Yes! We love hosting groups for birthdays, corporate events, or just a big family adventure. Please contact us directly with your group size and desired date, and we'll be happy to create a personalized quote for you.
About the Tour & Activities
Our adventure is designed to be the perfect half-day experience, lasting approximately 4-5 hours from hotel pickup to drop-off. This gives you a full blast of adrenaline without consuming your entire vacation day, unlike some tours that can turn into 8-hour ordeals due to logistical issues.
Some of our best adventures happen in the rain! A little water makes the jungle trails muddier and even more exciting to conquer on an ATV. Our tours run rain or shine. In the rare case of extreme weather (like a tropical storm) that forces us to cancel for safety, you will have the choice of rescheduling or receiving a 100% full refund.
Your safety is our top priority, and our activities require you to have your hands free at all times. For this reason, handheld devices like cell phones and cameras are not permitted during the ATV and zipline portions.
However, you can use an action camera (like a GoPro) as long as it is securely fastened to a helmet with a proper head mount. Selfie sticks, chest mounts, or any other type of mount are not allowed for safety reasons
Safety & Requirements
Absolutely. Safety is the foundation of everything we do. All our guides are professionally trained and certified. We provide top-of-the-line, well-maintained safety equipment, and we conduct a thorough safety briefing before any activity begins.
No, a driver's license is not required for our tour. Our expert guides will teach you everything you need to know to operate the ATV safely and confidently on our private jungle trails.
The minimum age to drive your own ATV is 16 years old. Younger adventurers can still join the fun as passengers.
For the ATV, horseback riding, and cenote portions, there is no specific weight limit. For the zipline circuit, the maximum weight limit is 320 lbs (140 kg) for safety reasons. If you are over the limit or prefer to skip the ziplines, we have a comfortable hammock area where you can relax and enjoy the jungle atmosphere.
This tour is not recommended for pregnant travelers, individuals with back/neck problems, recent surgeries, or heart conditions.
Not at all! Our ATVs are semi-automatic and very easy to handle. Our guides provide excellent instruction, and most first-time riders feel comfortable within minutes.
No, and this is a critical safety and legal point. Our entire adventure takes place on 100% private land. This means you never have to worry about the legal risks or dangers of driving on public highways or protected federal beach zones, a gray area where many other tours operate.
What to Bring & Wear
Think comfort and function. We highly recommend:
- Closed-toe shoes (like sneakers or water shoes) are mandatory for your safety.
- A comfortable t-shirt and shorts that you don't mind getting a little muddy.
- Your swimsuit worn underneath your clothes, so you're ready for the cenote.
Keep it simple! You'll have a secure locker for your things. We suggest bringing:
- A towel and a dry change of clothes for after the tour.
- Biodegradable sunscreen to protect the delicate cenote ecosystem.
- Cash for any souvenirs, photos, or tips for your guides.
